Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlashRole (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Asher Corporation Limited ("the Company"), registered in England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use FlashRole.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@flashrole.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Free Plan: Includes one full CV analysis session. No credit card required.

Premium Subscription: £15/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Includes 150 workspace credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over.

Credit Packs: One-time purchases (£10 for 100 credits, £25 for 350 credits, £45 for 750 credits). You may also purchase a custom number of credits at the same £-per-credit ratio as the £10 Quick Top-Up (shown on the billing page). Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Refunds: Refund requests for unused credit packs must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refunds where credits have been substantially used. You may also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law for digital purchases.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices.

• FlashRole drafts and critiques — including CV rewrites, cover letters, interview feedback, company research, and salary notes — are produced by automated tools and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any suggestion before submitting it to an employer.
• FlashRole does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
• Suggestions should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional HR advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create misleading, fraudulent, or fabricated CV content with intent to deceive employers
• Submit content belonging to another person without authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests to the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems

FlashRole's IP: The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by Asher Corporation Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your CV, job descriptions, and any other content you submit. By using the Service, you grant FlashRole a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Suggestions: CV rewrites, cover letters, and other drafts produced from your inputs are provided for personal use. We do not claim ownership of those drafts derived from your inputs.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asher Corporation Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of employment opportunities, earnings, or career outcomes
• Inaccuracies in automated suggestions
• Force majeure events (outages, internet failures, third-party service failures)

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in those 12 months (or £50 if you have not paid).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted (except where legal obligations require longer retention).

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
